This unique reformulated blend of pure yellow neon powder mixed with a yellow/orange shade shift mica magically comes alive both at night and day. In light this loose pigment shows off hits of sparkle into a silky soft yellow shine - at the same time glowing vibrantly under black light! Electrics can be applied wet with our Glitter Base or pressed on dry over primer.
